How we manage the LitterTrace relationship
Contracts and payments involving LitterTrace Ltd require approval by trustees with no financial interest in LitterTrace Ltd. Amounts must be reasonable and disclosed in grant budgets. LitterTrace Ltd has no equity or control over COMSADI.
The founder of LitterTrace Ltd may serve as one trustee on the COMSADI Board (Technology and Monitoring) alongside independent trustees. LitterTrace Ltd provides the monitoring platform under a partnership agreement; COMSADI holds grant funds, employs or contracts a Nigeria-based Programme Lead, and makes programmatic decisions through its Board. Payments to LitterTrace Ltd require approval by trustees with no financial interest in LitterTrace Ltd and are disclosed in grant budgets.

Annual audited accounts
COMSADI commits to annual audited accounts once an operating year is complete, and to sharing approved summaries with funders as required.
Public impact reporting
We publish programme impact overviews and data-quality notes. Flagged or unverified events can be excluded from official donor figures.
Data ownership
COMSADI owns project data and community relationships. LitterTrace is the platform partner enabling collection, quality fields, and exports.
